Delete Your Giga Miner Account

You can delete your Giga Miner account directly in the app: Settings → Delete Account.

If you no longer have access to the app, request deletion by email:

What to Include

Send the request from, or include, the email address associated with your Giga Miner account. We may ask for information needed to verify that you own the account before processing the request.

What We Delete

After verifying the request, we delete the Giga Miner Firebase Auth account, linked RevenueCat customer profile, and associated Firebase profile, mining session, activity-log, and paid miner-session records.

Cancel Subscriptions Separately

Deleting your Giga Miner account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. To stop future renewal charges, manage or cancel the subscription in Google Play before or after deleting the account.

Records That May Be Retained

Google Play, RevenueCat, and other service providers may retain transaction or technical records where required by their own policies or applicable law. These retained records are not used to restore the deleted Giga Miner account.
