Giga Miner Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Giga Miner handles information when you use the Android app. Giga Miner tracks cloud-mining plan activity and estimated performance. It does not mine cryptocurrency on your device, provide withdrawals, or guarantee earnings.
Information We Handle
- Account information: your account identifier and the profile information you provide through Clerk, such as your email address and name.
- App activity: mining-plan selections, session records, activity logs, preferences, and account status needed to provide the app.
- Purchase information: product identifiers, transaction identifiers, and purchase status used to verify Google Play purchases. Giga Miner does not receive or store your payment-card number.
- Advertising data: AdMob may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interaction data, and diagnostic information to serve, measure, and prevent fraud in advertising, subject to your device and consent settings.
How We Use Information
We use information to authenticate accounts, maintain mining-plan records, verify purchases, provide customer support, protect against fraud and abuse, improve app reliability, and show or measure advertising where permitted.
Service Providers
We use Clerk for authentication, Google Firebase for authentication support, cloud functions, and Firestore data storage, RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for purchase processing and validation, and Google AdMob for advertising. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and under their applicable terms and privacy policies.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with the service providers listed above to operate the app, process purchases, provide advertising, comply with law, or protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the service.
Data Retention and Deletion
We retain account and app-activity data while your account is active. You can request deletion from the Settings screen in the app or through our account deletion request page. When deletion succeeds, we delete the Clerk account and associated Giga Miner Firebase profile, mining session, activity-log, and paid-session records. Google Play, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain transaction or technical records where required by their own policies or applicable law.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted network connections designed to protect information in transit. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Giga Miner is not directed to children. Do not use the app if you are below the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your location.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy when the app or legal requirements change. The effective date above indicates when it was last updated.
